Even though it's currently snowing outside, it's officially spring. My plant-keeping skills aren't really the best, but I do have a knack for making their homes (aka planters) look pretty great! To bring some spring-like energy into my home, I used my Ikonart Stencil Kit to give a boring concrete planter an incredible makeover. This is a great project for stencil beginners, and I'm sharing the design for FREE! I absolutely love how this planter turned out, and have been so excited to show you how I did it!

They are SO easy to dye, and the kids are going to love it! Not only will you save money by not getting store-bought kits, but you probably already have everything you need at home. This is a fun Easter activity that's totally safe to do with kids, and you can color as many or as little as you'd like!

Have you tried using Liquid Sculpey yet? It's such a fun medium for any crafting level to use to create all kinds of things, including jewelry. Sculpey just released some new colors of Liquid Sculpey, so I decided to put them to the test using one of my new molds. I ended up making a few sets of Multi-Color Earrings, and I absolutely LOVE how they turned out! If you're nervous to jump into resin or sculpting with polymer clay, Liquid Sculpey is the perfect in-between. I like that it has the freedom of pouring like resin, but is quick and easy to use like clay!
