Brighten someone else's day with these Free Printable Rainbow Bookmarks inspired by Maya Angelou!

Can't we all agree that the world can use a little more kindness? Maya Angelou is such an inspiration, and I love her quote about how we can all "be a rainbow in someone else's cloud," no matter who they are. I know I have personally had a ton of "cloudy" times in my life, and I'll always remember those who showed me kindness in those dark times and became a "rainbow" shining through.

I was inspired by this quote to make these Free Printable Rainbow Bookmarks to serve as a reminder for all of us to be that person who shows others kindness, no matter who they are. Even small things like a smile, a compliment, or a helpful hand can mean so much to someone who is having a dark day.

After you've printed the bookmarks, use a paper cutter or scissors to separate all the bookmarks. Next, use scissors to cut around the top of the clouds. Guess what? That's all you need to do!

The bookmarks are now ready to save your place when you take a break from reading your favorite book! You could also cut some out to share with your friends or classmates as a reminder to always do your best to make others smile.

  1. Lindsay, Thank you so much! The bookmarks are absolutely adorable. I'm going to print them out for my (4) granddaughters. I know they'll love them and it will be a sweet reminder to them to be kind to others as well.
