provides a delicious crunch and a visually beautiful contrast against the white chocolate. They turn a simple white chocolate bark into a "cookies and cream"-style treat that everyone loves.Oreos - pastel M&Ms - these are the star of the show! I use regular M&Ms in this version, but any
works perfectly. The pastel colors are perfect for spring, but you can swap them for any chocolate Easter eggs or candies!variety - Easter sprinkles - spring-themed or Easter sprinkles add extra color and fun!
- sanding sugar - adds a hint of sparkle and extra crunch.
You will also need a microwave-safe bowl, 8x8 baking dish, and parchment paper.

Prep the Oreos by breaking them into chunky pieces. For a mess-free version, place the cookies in a sealed plastic bag and use your hands to crush them. Or you can place the Oreos on a flat surface and use a spoon or rolling pin to break them up. Aim for varied sizes to give your bark great texture!

Start by lining an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper so that the bark is easy to remove later.
Next, melt the white chocolate chips using one of these two methods:
- Double Boiler: Place the chips in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
- Microwave: Heat chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
Once the chocolate is silky smooth, pour it into the prepared dish and spread it into an even layer.

While the chocolate is still warm, quickly top it with the Oreo pieces, M&M candies, and sprinkles. Give the cookies and candies a gentle press into the chocolate to ensure they stay secure once set. Transfer the baking dish to the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes (or the freezer for 10-15 minutes) until the bark has completely hardened.

Once the chocolate is firmed up, lift the parchment paper out to remove the bark from the baking dish. Peel away the paper and break the bark into 10-12 pieces or use a sharp knife for clean cuts.
Serve the Easter bark immediately, or wrap the pieces in clear bags with a ribbon tied around the top for a sweet Easter surprise!
