Free Printable Cassette Tape Box

Bring back the 80's with this Free Printable Cassette Tape Gift Box!

This month's Totally Free Printables theme is all about the 80's! We've got 12 FREE 80's-themed printables that I think are totally awesome! My contribution to the collection is this fun Cassette Tape Box to use as party favors or a gift box, and hope you have a ton of fun with it! All of the printables in this collection are totally tubular for kids of all ages, and I hope you enjoy them just as much as we did putting them together!

Download and print the cassette tape box on cardstock. Use a paper trimmer or scissors to carefully cut out the box template by following the outer guidelines.

Use a scoring tool and a ruler to score all of the box template lines. Scoring the paper before folding will help prevent cracks and/or crooked folds. Fold along the score lines gently with your hands, then use your fingernail or a credit card to press down firmly on the fold and slide it across the crease.

Wrap the box template around and use some quick-drying adhesive or double-sided tape to attach the side tab to the other end of the box. Press the tab down well and hold in place until the glue has set.

Fold the small white tabs in, and then tuck the top and bottom ends into the box, similar to how a crayon box folds in.

These boxes are a fun gift idea for an 80's fan, or to use as party favors to share with guests at an 80's themed party! Fill the box with your favorite 80's candy and party favors, and enjoy!
