Thanks to Hasbro for the toys shared in this post. All opinions are my own.

Did you know that there's a new My Little Pony Equestria Girls movie coming to Netflix on October 1st? It's called My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Legend of Everfree and it looks like such a fun adventure! Here's the official trailer to give you an idea of what the storyline is about:

My daughter couldn't be more excited about the new movie, so we decided to invite a few of her friends over for a My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Legend of Everfree Movie Night! The movie night is going to be a lot of fun and I'm excited to share our ideas and a FREE printable with you. There's also an awesome giveaway at the end of this post, so be sure to enter to win!

Since the movie is based in "Camp Everfree", I decided to bring a camping theme into the movie night. The girls will get to build a fort, and have blankets and pillows to snuggle in as they watch the movie on Netflix. Along with popcorn, our party guests will also get to create some colorful Rainbow Magic S'mores!!

Getting the marshmallows to be different colors is easy peasy. In a small bowl, pour just enough water to cover half a marshmallow. Add in a generous amount of liquid or gel food coloring to the water and mix well. BTW - I really REALLY love how vibrant the neon set of food coloring is!!

Obviously, mix each color in a separate bowl and create as many or as few colors as you'd like. Grab a marshmallow and carefully dunk it into one of the colors and immediately pull it out and set it color-side up on a plate. Once it's dry, dip the other end into another color! If you don't want to wait for it to dry, you can also poke a toothpick into the wet end and dip it into the other color. I would recommend only dipping it into two different colors so you don't make the marshmallows too mushy.

Let the marshmallows dry completely before turning them into s'mores! They will just be a sticky, gooey mess (not in a good way) otherwise. So, once they've dried, you can dump those marshmallows onto a plate to be transformed into a roasty, toasty s'more.

To make things easier, I grabbed some fudge striped cookies to hold the marshmallows instead of the traditional graham crackers and chocolate pieces. The s'mores are colorfully delicious and are sure to be a hit at our My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Legend of Everfree movie night!

Last, but not least, we are also going to have some play time with some My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Legend of Everfree dolls including Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy who want to put their best fashion forward at Camp Everfree! Each doll comes with a boho chic outfit, shoes, and a necklace that can be scanned to unlock more fun in the Hasbro My Little Pony Equestria Girls app like clothing, games or coins.

The dolls are available at most major toy retailers nationwide and on HasbroToyShop.com.

Easy Snuggle Quilt Tutorial at artsyfartsymama.com #ShareABear

Keep your teddy bear warm and cozy wherever you go with this Easy Snuggle Quilt! It's a great beginning quilting project and makes a great gift.

Did you have a favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal that you couldn't part with as a child? My daughter has always had a "soft" spot in her heart for stuffed animals and cuddly blankets. She's got a few particular favorites that go practically everywhere with us, which also means we need to throw it in the wash often to keep them fresh and soft as ever. September 9th was National Teddy Bear day, so to celebrate, we put together a snuggle quilt for our Snuggle teddy bear - the newest addition to her stuffed animal family!

Teens will love creating their own Custom Polka Dot Headphones!

Adding vinyl to accessories is such a creative way to customize your style and makes for great and unique gifts. Headphones are just one of the many things you can add vinyl to to make it your own. I found these headphones for my teenage niece's birthday is coming up and added polka dots with some vinyl from Expressions Vinyl to make a one of a kind gift!

I found these cute teal headphones in the Target Dollar Spot for only $5! They come in a variety of colors, so you could really make this for everyone. They work really great, and the price really makes this project an affordable gift idea or craft idea for kids and teens.

Before you get to customizing, unwrap the headphones and wipe them down with some alcohol to remove any residue. This would also be a great time to plug these in and make sure they work... because you never know!!

The possibilities for customizing everything you own is endless with Expressions Vinyl huge selection of vinyls to choose from. My niece loves everything glittery, so I decided to use some white glitter vinyl to give the headphones some sparkle and to coordinate with the teal color.

You can cut the vinyl with a Cricut Explore or other machine, but since I was just making polka dots I just grabbed my 1 inch punch instead to make a bunch of circles. Easy enough, right?

Then, just peel the circles off the vinyl backing and place them on the headphone bands. On some of the polka dots, I folded the vinyl over the seams to give it more of a polka dot "pattern". I also think it could be cute to cut some smaller polka dots to fill in the space, but I decided to keep it simple with larger polka dots on this project.

My niece is going to love these headphones, and my daughter is begging me to help her make a pair for herself. Unless you are not great at making decisions, this project doesn't take long at all. Be sure to check out Expressions Vinyl's huge selection of vinyl patterns and colors to personalize your accessories!

What vinyl design would you put on your headphones?

No-Bake Monster Bites are a fun and healthier treat to share at your Halloween parties!

Easy No-Bake Monster Cookie Bites at artsyfartsymama.com

I am so excited to share the recipe to make these creepily-fun No-Bake Monster Bites as part of Cupcake Diaries 30 Days of Halloween series! I made these with my daughter's classroom Halloween party in mind since her school is trying to focus more on sharing healthy treats and snacks. With the flavor of a Monster Cookie and the ingredients of a homemade granola bar, these bites are a delicious and a healthier option compared to the more traditional Halloween treats. It has also been great to have some in the fridge for myself to snack on in the afternoons when the sweet tooth hits and I want something to curb the hunger until dinnertime.
