This easy Lucky Charms Fudge recipe is a fun and festive marbled treat that takes just minutes to prep! Here's what you'll need:
- white chocolate chips - white chocolate chips, white chocolate melts, or almond bark will work great in this recipe.
- canned vanilla frosting - any brand of canned vanilla frosting will work for this recipe
- candy melts - you will need pink, green, and blue candy melts. However, you can use different colors if you want a different look!
- Lucky Charms - separate the marshmallows to top the fudge. You can also add the cereal bits if you want!
(Specific measurements and full recipe instructions are found below)
You will also need 4 small microwave-safe bowls, 8x8 baking dish, and parchment paper.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, or a melt in a double boiler until smooth. Add frosting to the chocolate and stir well. Microwave for another 15 seconds, and then stir until completely combined.
Add the pink, green, and blue candy melts to their own microwave-safe bowls and melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the white chocolate and frosting mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly. Drop and dribble the melted candy melts by the spoonful over the top of the white chocolate layer.
Slowly drag a butter knife or skewer through the fudge to swirl the colored candy melts around. Just be careful to not go overboard so that the candy melts blend together into one color!

Separate the marshmallows from the cereal pieces and arrange them on top of the fudge while it's still soft. If you'd like, you can also place cereal pieces on top!
Refrigerate the fudge for at least one hour to give it plenty of time to set.

Lift the parchment paper to remove the fudge from the baking dish. Cut the fudge into 16 equal-sized pieces.
Now you can serve and enjoy, or package it up into small cellophane treat bags to share a little leprechaun love!
