3-Ingredient Cupid Hot Cocoa Bombs are a simple and sweet treat to warm your heart this Valentine's Day!

Cupid’s Hot Cocoa Bombs are the ultimate 3-ingredient Valentine’s Day treat. Here's everything you'll need to make them:
(Specific measurements and full recipe instructions are found below)
- pink melting wafers: Any shade of pink would work, or combine white chocolate and pink gel food coloring.
- hot cocoa mix: use your favorite packaged hot cocoa mix, or make homemade hot cocoa mix!
- mini marshmallows: mini marshmallows are the perfect fit inside the cocoa bombs. You could add extra mix-ins, like M&Ms, caramel bits, or crushed peppermint.
- Valentine sprinkles: adds a festive touch to the hot cocoa bombs.

Or you can melt the wafers in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval until smooth.

Spoon more chocolate right over the marshmallows until the mold is filled to the top. Place the molds in the freezer and give the chocolate plenty of time to solidify.

Servings: 14 bombs
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Use the back of a spoon to cover the inside of each mold with a thin layer of chocolate. Make sure to get all the way up the sides! As soon as both molds have been covered, place them in the freezer to allow the chocolate to completely harden.
*For a thicker (and more stable) shell, you can add a second coat of chocolate after the first coat has cooled.

Fill each mold with hot cocoa powder (packaged or homemade), then top with mini marshmallows and any other favorite cocoa mix-ins.

Turn the mold upside-down and carefully pop the cocoa bombs out of the molds. You might have to push pretty hard, but they'll come out!
Melt more pink melting wafers and add them to a Ziploc bag with the corner cut off or using a piping bag. If you don't want to use a piping bag, you can use a spoon instead. Drizzle in a zig-zag motion over the top of the cocoa bombs and then immediately top with Valentine sprinkles.

To enjoy a hot cup of Cupid Hot Cocoa, place the cocoa bomb into a mug and pour 6-8 oz of hot milk over the top. Stir the cocoa mixture until the chocolate is completely melted.
