Valentine Sugar Cookie Fudge
Servings: 16
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix (any brand)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup Valentine sprinkles
- 3 oz white melting chocolate or almond bark
Directions:
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, pour about 2 cups water and add a glass or metal bowl on top to create a double boiler. Heat the water to boiling then turn it down to low.
- In the double boiler bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix powder, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly for about 3-4 minutes until completely melted together.
- Stir mixture for another 2 minutes and then turn off heat.
- Add in vanilla and half the sprinkles and stir until the sprinkles melt, giving the fudge a pink coloring.
- Once completely melted, pour the fudge mixture into the lined pan and smooth out the top.
- Top fudge with additional Valentine sprinkles and gently press them down.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour or allow to cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the fudge from the pan, and cut into 16 squares.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl on low, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the white chocolate over the fudge and allow to cool completely before serving.
Tips:
- Storage: Store fudge in an airtight container for 3-4 days at room temperature.
- Variations: Add different toppings to the fudge; like other types of sprinkles, sugar cookie crumbles, or Valentine candies!
