Family Game Night with Hasbro Gaming Crate

Game nights are one of my family's favorite ways to spend time together. Card and board games can be a lot of fun, and are often educational at the same time! We're always on the lookout for new and different games to play. The Hasbro Gaming Crate is a new way to have family game night delivered to your door! Leo Goes to the Barber was the first game we opened in our crate. This one is a roaring good time! Recommended for ages 6+, your family will work together to guide Leo the Lion through the jungle to get to the barber shop in this wildly fun, award winning, and cooperative game.

2-5 players need to help Leo make his way to Bobo the barber -but he has only 12 hours to make his way through the jungle. On his way, he meets a lot of friends to chat with. If he doesn’t reach Bobo in time, he has to try again the next "day". 

In this game, the whole family works as a team to accomplish Leo's goal. Since you set up the game tiles different every time you play, it makes the game different every time! The game boosts memory skills, teaches the basics of time management, and the clock helps them to learn time while they are having fun.

Tricky Wishes is a card game where players must match three kinds of wishes: a Superpower, a Gift, and a World Harmony. Players can take turns swapping, shuffling, and peeking at card wishes to collect the highest-scoring set. Recommended for ages 8+.

This is a really fun party or family game for 3-5 players that plays in 3-5 minutes! With simple rules, this memory, intuition and bluffing game is as much about playing the game as it is about playing the other players.

Recommended for ages 10+, Mask of the Pharaoh is a cooperative virtual-reality board game the whole family will love! While wearing the included VR mask, you must quickly describe what you see while the other players use game tiles to complete the path to the riches so the whole team can win!

Players work together to create a map of the maze with the game tiles. By putting on the "Mask of the Pharaoh" with a smartphone inserted with the Mask of the Pharaoh app, players take turns getting a 360º view of the maze. This player explains to the team members what they see and their teammates use this description to create a map of the maze.

Each player gets one minute to explain what they see, then the play passes to the next player (who will be presented a different view of the maze). Repeat this seven times, then players win the game if the complete map is connected from the entrance to the goal correctly!
