brownie crap

Since my husband had this weekend off, I decided to make him one of his favorite treats that his amazing mom usually makes. (Someday I will be half as amazing as she is!) His family calls these babies "Brownie Crap." So messy that you can't hold them in your hand to eat them - you better have a stash of napkins on hand. YUM!! They are mighty tasty!!

Ok here we go!!

Mix & bake brownies according to package
(or if you are awesome, cook them according to your recipe)

Wait until brownies are completely cool
{ba-dum-dum}

Warm marshmallow creme 20-30 seconds in microwave, stirring half-way through. Frost the brownies with the marshmallow and let cool. (No glasses this time, too cool for that!)

Warm frosting for 5-10 seconds in microwave and frost over the marshmallow like a cake.

Done!! You can chill brownies or just dig right in!!

...we chose the second option!
Enjoy!! I know we did :)

holy bejesus. I would grab a fork and eat the whole damn thing right out of the pan! Have you seen the oreo stuffed brownies floating around the internet? Not that yours would need anything else...but could you imagine?

The brownies with the glasses....that made me laugh out loud. :D Now whenever I read a recipe and it says to wait until it's cool, I'll think of this. Too funny.

I saw this last week and finally told my husband about them today. His jaw dropped and he said he really wanted to try them, so I am baking two pans now.... one for us, and one for my hubby to take to work tomorrow!

It's about 10 AM here, and my husband just texted me to say that over half the tray of brownies are gone already. He took them to work and everyone is in love. I had to cut myself off last night. I ate two, and boy, are they decadent! Great recipe! Thanks for sharing!
