These no-bake Circus Animal Cookie Rice Krispie Treats are a quick and easy dessert for any occasion!!

Circus Animal Cookie Rice Krispie Treats

When it comes to desserts, Rice Krispie treats are one of the easiest! It's also a great basic recipe that's easy to change up with added ingredients. For example, these Circus Animal Rice Krispie Treats are packed with fluffy, gooey marshmallows for a chewy texture, and bits of chocolate and crushed Circus Animal Cookies for that iconic flavor in every bite. This is a fun and simple no-bake treat that the kids will love to help with!

To make these scrumptious Circus Animal Cookie Rice Krispie Treats, you will need a few simple ingredients: butter, Rice Krispies cereal, Circus Animal Cookies, white chocolate chips, and of course, marshmallows! These optional (but fun) ingredients are recommended: red food coloringcandy melts, and  rainbow sprinkles. You will also need a large saucepan and 9x13 baking dish.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter and then add marshmallows and stir until smooth. Remove pan from heat and add in vanilla and a little bit of red food coloring to give it a pink tint. Next, add Rice Krispies cereal, crushed Circus Animal Cookies, white chocolate chips, and  rainbow sprinkles

Stir all of the ingredients together until evenly combined, and then add in extra mini marshmallows. These will make the treats extra chewy and delicious!

Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish lined with parchment paper. For best results, lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray. Gently flatten the treats with a rubber spatula, or grease your hands first and then use your fingers.

Melt pink and white candy melts, and drizzle over the top of the treats. While the drizzle is still warm, top the treats with 12 whole Circus Animal Cookies and more rainbow sprinkles!

Let the treats sit on the counter to cool completely, which takes about an hour.

Remove the treats from the baking dish, and cut them into 12 equal-sized bars. Store the Circus Animal Cookie Rice Krispie Treats in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
