My daughter loved this smoothie and I loved that I was giving her something healthy even though it tasted like a treat! You can also add in any other fruit variations to mix things up and suit your tastes.

Unfortunately, my husband is allergic to bananas, so he couldn't try it. I didn't want him to miss out though, so I made him a chocolate milkshake that's a whole lot healthier than one you'll get in a restaurant (but tastes just as good!)

  1. Looks divine!! Hubs isn't allergic to bananas but can't tolerate the smell. I'll have to hope frozen mixed with chocolate will get past him---or do it when he's not near me. The milkshake would be a great substitute for him and our son. They love them and this is surely healthier than one bought at a frozen yogurt store.
