Then I told him the secret! I'm always trying new recipes to find one my son who has Autism will try, This is the one! I've made this several times...Love this recipe! I've made this several times now, but with sugar-free cake mix. I use chopped walnuts, and I even found sugar-free chocolate chips!!! My batter winds up a little dry, so I add one of my kids' applesauce cups (sugar free) to the batter. I cook in Bundt cake pan, and once cooled, put drizzle on top (Splenda mixed with canola oil and a dash of skim milk).
