Back to school season is one of my favorite times of the year. My daughter lucked out in the teacher department at school this year and has one of the best teachers I could have imagined for her. To give a pre-emptive "thank you", we decided to make her a personalized gift using Expressions Vinyl that she can display in her classroom.

Udderly Smooth Gift Basket for a Moo-velous Teacher
Teachers work so hard to teach kids everything they need to know and do so much that I think it's only fair to give them something to show them how much they are appreciated. I also didn't want to give her something she didn't need. Udderly Smooth lotion is one of my favorite products to use, so we decided to go with a cow-themed gift basket for our Moo-velous teacher!
My skin gets so dry that most lotions don't even do anything. My husband is also sensitive to perfumes of any kind, so my choices of lotions are even more limited. Udderly Smooth has been one of the only lotion brands that has really worked to keep my skin smooth and soft. Since it has worked so well for me, I know that teachers everywhere are going to love it, too.
Not only is the lotion a great gift idea, the cow packaging is just perfect! For our basket, we included Udderly Smooth Hand Cream, Udderly Smooth Body Cream, an adorable Udderly Smooth stress cow, a cow pencil, and a mini cow bell!
Print and cut out the "Moo-velous Teacher" tag, and use a hole punch to make a hole in the top. Cut 10-12 inches of red ribbon, twine, or cord and loop it through the hole in the card. Next, thread the ribbon through the hole in the cowbell and tie the tag to your basket!
I arranged all the Udderly Smooth products in a chicken wire basket full of shredded red paper and tied a red bandana around it to give it a little more country flair. Just for fun, I also threw in a super cute Udderly Smooth coloring book! The basket jingles when you carry it around (thanks, cow bell) and is sure to be a hit with any Moo-velous teacher you know!

Free Printable Book Report Form
This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group®, Kellogg’s and The J.M. Smucker Company but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #SamsClubBTS http://my-disclosur.es/OBstV
Over the summer, my daughter and I worked together on filling out a book report after finishing a book. We've gone through most of our book collection and are excited to get a free book just for buying Kellogg's Frosted Flakes!
I know there are also some schools out there struggling to get books for their classrooms. So while you're out shopping for school supplies and other back to school items on your list, grab a few products at Sam’s Club® to build up your own book collection and help a local school at the same time!
Each Sam’s Club is partnered with a local school to help them and you Start School Like a Champion! When you buy any participating Kellogg’s® or J.M. Smucker product at Sam’s Club®, you can get two free Scholastic books - one for yourself and one to donate to a local school. There are over 80 full-length Scholastic titles to choose from for beginning readers to teens, so there's something for everyone!

You can redeem your free books in 3 easy steps:
1. Buy any participating Kellogg’s or The J.M. Smucker Company product by 9/30/2016 (while supplies last).
2. Upload your receipt at FreeBookOffer.com/Sams within 30 days of purchase.
3. Redeem for your free Scholastic book and one book will be donated to a local classroom as well!
We are constantly reading at our house and are excited to read even more during the school year. I designed this printable book report form to hopefully help kids to have a more positive reaction to sharing what they've learned from a book. Grab the colored pencils to first color the book report, rate the book and even draw your favorite scene!
Once the coloring is done, kids can write about the book, including the title, the main character, the story's setting and what their favorite part of the story was. It's a great way for them to practice handwriting and sharing important information they comprehended from the book.
Feel free to print out the book report for your own family to use for summer breaks, homeschooling, or just for fun. Teachers are also welcome to download and print for your classes! If you'd like to share your finished book reports on Instagram, I'd love to see them (@artsyfartsymama or #afmprintables)!

Treasure Hunters: Peril at the Top of the World Book Review
Thank you to MomSelect for the opportunity to share about this great book. Although this post is sponsored, all opinions are my own.
My daughter and I are book nerds through and through. Our latest read was fantastic and I'm really excited to share it with you! We read James Patterson's Jacky Ha-Ha a few months ago and really liked it, so I knew that Treasure Hunters: Peril at the Top of the World was most likely going to be a great book as well.
