Free Printable Monster Bingo

Free Printable Monster Bingo at artsyfartsymama.com

Most of my Bingo printables are for the holidays, so I decided to make one that can be used almost any time of the year! This Monster Bingo would still be fun to play at a Halloween party, but could also be used at a monster-themed birthday party, or for every day use with your own little monster fan. I tried to make the colors fun for both boys and girls, so I hope you have a lot of fun with it!!

(single PDF file includes 8 Bingo cards and calling pieces)

I've gotten a lot of requests to make more than 8 Bingo cards for larger groups that will be playing Bingo. To help solve this problem without having to create a whole bunch of card designs, I've put together a version that will make it easy for everyone to customize their own Bingo card.

Print out the Blank Summer Bingo Set, which comes with a blank card (with the "free" space already added), all 24 Bingo pieces, and the calling cards. Print out the cards on cardstock, and the Bingo pieces on cardstock or regular copy paper.

Cut the Bingo pieces by following the lines. Glue the pieces wherever you want on the card with a glue stick until all the spaces (except the "free" space) are covered. This would be a fun activity for older kids to do all on their own. Younger children will need some assistance with the cutting, but my daughter had no problem gluing all the pieces down herself.

(single PDF file includes blank Bingo card, Bingo pieces, and calling pieces)

Just like my Halloween Bingo, Under the Sea BingoThanksgiving BingoChristmas BingoEaster BingoBirthday BingoSummer Bingo, and Back to School Bingo, I'm sure this version will be a hit with everyone, young and old!

Game Instructions
1. Pick some kind of object to mark your squares: buttons, candy, beans, M&Ms, wrapped candy, cereal, or any other small items work great!
2. Give each player a Bingo card and markers (or put your own together with the DIY set). Have each player put a marker over the free space.
3. The caller will draw a calling piece and announce the item on the card. Each player will cover that item on their card with a marker. Once a player has 5 squares covered in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally), they call out "BINGO!" and win the game!

Some things you should know before downloading:
*Artsy-Fartsy Mama printables are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
*You may NOT modify, re-sell, redistribute, or claim the design as your own.
*Please do not remove the credits/watermarks.
*If you post this on the internet, credit must be given to Artsy-Fartsy Mama & linked back to my blog.

Download Instructions:
On the top left under "File", click the "Download" option. A pop-up window should appear. Make sure the "Save File" option is selected, then click OK to download.

To lengthen the life of the prints, I would recommend printing the Bingo cards and calling pieces on cardstock and then laminating. All files are 8.5x11 inches and put together in a single PDF format.

Have fun!! Would love to hear from you if you play using my printable!

Halloween "It's All About the Candy" Sign at artsyfartsymama.com #MakeItFunCrafts

It's so much fun decorating for Halloween!! I like to go more for the fun side of Halloween decor rather than the creepy, so I made a cute (and honest) sign to hang up with my other decor. The other fun part? The sign is made of styrofoam so it weighs practically nothing!

Pumpkin Donuts Recipe at artsyfartsymama.com

Donuts are one of my most favorite foods...ever. I really shouldn't love them so much (for obvious reasons), but I just can't let them go. Luckily, they have the reputation of being incredibly time-consuming to cook yourself, so that has kept me from cooking some every.single.day.

It's starting to look more like autumn around my house, and we're so excited!! My daughter knows the names of the different seasons and that winter is cold and summer is hot, but was asking what exactly happens in the fall. I explained that besides the weather getting a little cooler, the biggest change would be that the leaves change color and fall off the trees.

Fudge Brownies

There's nothing quite like a fresh, homemade brownie! My sister used to make pans of them all the time growing up, and they were gone that day. I usually take the shortcut route by making brownies from a box mix, but after making these homemade brownies, I'm never going back. The brownies come out fudgy, chewy, and irresistible!! You can even combine the dry ingredients and make your own "mix" to use for days when you feel like doing a little less work but need to get your brownie fix!

Easy Fudge Brownies Recipe at artsyfartsymama.com

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Stir in eggs, oil, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Spread batter (it will be thick) into greased or lined 9x9 pan.
  4. Bake at 350º degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Kids DIY Letter Decor at artsyfartsymama.com

Crafting with kids can be a lot of fun, and can sometimes really turn into something quite memorable. This particular craft helped teach my daughter that by using her imagination, she can create anything!! It was also interesting that this project also had some unexpected surprises, which taught her (and reminded me, once again) that even though you might have a "craft fail", you can still turn it around into something even better than you imagined.

Decorating for each season is a lot of fun, but it can be frustrating when you have to have multiple boxes to store all of those decorations when you aren't using them, much less trying to find all your decor in the piles. This "Happy" Seasonal Block is super simple, and a bonus - you can keep it on display all year-round and it costs less than $10 to make!!

We've been working hard on getting my craft room remodeled, and after a ton of work, it's finally almost done!! This clock was a bit of work to make, but I am so excited with how it turned out.
