Grasshopper Pie

Do you need a fantastic pie recipe? Well, this one is quick to make, and SO yummy!
It's a no-bake crust, no-bake filling and delicious!!
You may not want to share...

Here's what you'll need:
1 package Keebler Grasshopper cookies
1/4 cup butter {melted}
1 package instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
1 container whipped cream

  1. Put about 22 cookies into the food processor (or in a baggie and use a hammer or rolling pin) and crush into crumbs. Measure out 1 1/2 cups.
  2. Melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs in a bowl until crumbs are completely covered and have a consistent texture.
  3. Using fingers, press mixture into bottom and sides of a 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Try to keep crust about 1/8" thick.
  4. Chill crust for about an hour before filling.
  5. Crush about 5 more cookies into bite size pieces.
  6. Mix instant pudding with milk and add in a few of the cookie pieces. Add in about half of the whipped cream.
  7. Pour pudding into crust and spread evenly in the pan. Put the rest of the whipped cream on top and pour the rest of the cookie crumbs on top.
  8. Enjoy!!
